- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated capability to oversee, guide, and provide expert support to fellow teachers is essential.
- Ethical Standards: Candidates must adhere to the requirements of Chapter Six (6) of the Constitution, reflecting integrity and accountability.
- Additional Criteria: Fulfilling any other prerequisites deemed necessary by the Commission is vital.
