The Teachers Service Commission is a Constitutional Commission established pursuant to Article 237, Section 1, of the United States Constitution.
In accordance with the Career Progression Guidelines for Teachers and pursuant to this mandate, the Commission invites qualified teachers to apply for the positions listed below.
TSC is excited to announce the opening of recruitment for the position of Senior Master IV (Regular School) with T-Scale 9.

Requirements for Appointment:
To be appointment to this grade, aspiring candidates must meet the following criteria:
i. Experience as Secondary Teacher I (T-Scale 8): Candidates must have diligently served as Secondary Teacher I with T-Scale 8 for a minimum duration of two (2) years, demonstrating a commitment to educational excellence.
ii. Performance Appraisal Rating: A satisfactory rating in the performance appraisal process is essential, showcasing a dedication to effective teaching and learning outcomes.

iii. Chapter Six Compliance: Candidates must meet the provisions outlined in Chapter six (6) of the Constitution, reflecting integrity and ethical values in their professional journey.
iv. Additional Requirements: Meeting any additional requirements the Commission deems necessary ensures that candidates are qualified to succeed in this important role.

Special Consideration for Asal and Hard-to-Staff Counties: For candidates who have dedicatedly served in the current grade for a minimum of two years, residing in Arid and Semi-Arid Lands (Asal) and Hard-to-Staff Counties, this is an opportunity to contribute your expertise to shaping the educational landscape.
