Presidential Digital Talent Internship Programme; How to Apply
The ICT Authority is now accepting applications for the Presidential Digital Talent Programme (Digitalent) Cohort 8 for 2023–24.
The 12-month internship program aims to equip and prepare recent ICT and engineering graduates with practical ICT skills to enhance their employability and entrepreneurial prospects.
There are 400 internship positions available, including 150 in Network and Infrastructure, 100 in Software development and Artificial Intelligence, 50 in information security, 50 in Multimedia focusing on Graphic Design and Digital Marketing, and 50 in Data Analysis.
Kenyans have until October 3, 2023, to submit their digital citizenship applications.go.ke.

To date, the program has trained over 2,000 apprentices, who have been placed in various economic sectors.
Stanley Kamanguya, CEO of the ICT Authority, has encouraged as many Kenyans as possible to apply in time, adding that: “Through the Presidential Digital Talent Internship Program (PDTP), the Government of Kenya continues to produce highly skilled ICT labor for the industry.”
It is encouraged that Kenyan women, people with disabilities, and people from the ASAL region apply.
