The Teachers Service Commission (TSC) is pleased to announce exciting opportunities for the position of Senior Master III (Regular School) under T-Scale 10–1142 posts.

Requirements for Appointment:

To be considered for appointment to this prestigious role, candidates must fulfill the following criteria:

i. Experience:

• Hold the position of Senior Master IV T-Scale 9 for a minimum period of two (2) years. Your commitment and expertise as a Senior Master IV will be recognized as you advance to the Senior Master III level.

ii. Performance Rating:

• Attain a satisfactory rating in the performance appraisal process. Your dedication and contributions to the teaching profession will reflect in your performance ratings.

iii. Leadership Skills:

• Demonstrate the ability to effectively supervise, mentor, and provide professional support to fellow teachers. Your leadership skills will play a pivotal role in fostering a collaborative and enriching learning environment.

iv. Integrity and Ethics:

• Adhere to the provisions of Chapter Six (6) of the Constitution, which emphasize ethical conduct and integrity. Your commitment to these principles will contribute to maintaining the high standards of the education sector.

v. Additional Requirements:

• comply with any additional requirements that the Commission deems necessary. Your willingness to meet additional qualifications and criteria will enhance your eligibility for this esteemed position.
