Application Procedure:

2. Download the Standard Scholarship Application Form from the Ministry of Education website. You can also obtain the form from the Directorate of Higher Education offices.
3. Fill out the Standard Scholarship Application Form, attach the required certified supporting documents, your research proposal, and a copy of the online submitted CSC application form.
4. Submit three sets of hard copies of the Standard Scholarship Application Form from MOE and the CSC Application Form with all the certified copies to the Directorate of Higher Education.
5. Make sure to submit your application copies to the Ministry of Education by October 19, 2023, no later than 5:00 p.m.
