Grade 6, Class 8 And Form 4 Candidates Registration To Begin Next Week.Students taking national exams in Grades 6, 8, and Form 4 must register between April 27 and May 14.The announcement was made by Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC) CEO David Njeng’ere on Saturday during the release of KCSE exam results.The results will be announced at Mitihani House, located on Dennis Pritt Road in Nairobi. PS Basic Education Julius Jwan emphasized that exam registration is free.“All candidates eligible for grade 6, class 8, and form 4 examinations in November and December this year, should be registered between 27th April and 14th of March 2022,” Dr. David Njenge’ere said.Registration for the Grade Six, Standard Eight, and Form Four examinations will begin next week, April 27, and will end on May 14.Early Childhood Education and Basic Education PS Julius Jwan stated that registration is free and warned school administrators from both public and private schools against requiring registration fees from parents.CS Education While announcing the 2021 KSCE results, George Magoha urged parents to ensure their children are registered.“The government takes care of the registration fee,” he said.Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC) officials are expected to meet with sub-county directors on Tuesday to ensure that CBC students are ready to take national exams.Grade six students will be tested in October and November to ensure that they are registered in a timely and accurate manner.The exercise will assist and support earners in adequately preparing for assessments.KNEC will implement measures to ensure that the Grade Six assessment meets global standards.KNEC CEO David Njengere stated that registration for the 2022 Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE), Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE), and Grade Six Summative examinations will begin on April 27 and end on May 14.ALSO READ:“We are urging parents to take the responsibility to ensure your child is registered for these exams to avoid the last-minute rush.
