Documents Required During TSC Job Recruitment/Replacement Interview – 2022
The Teachers Service Commission (TSC) is currently recruiting teachers nationwide.
TSC will publish the list of shortlisted candidates, interview dates, and locations on its website by July 15, 2022.
Shortlisted candidates will be required to present original academic and professional certificates.
Successful candidates are not permitted to submit more than one application for employment form.
Failure to complete two or more Application for Employment Forms will result in disqualification.
TSC does not accept manual applications.
Successful candidates will be assigned to any part of the country, not just the country or school where they were interviewed.
Merit lists generated during this recruitment will be used for both primary and secondary schools.
If it is your first time attending this sort of interview and you don’t know what to carry with you, don’t worry because the following will be needed during the interview.
Documents Required During TSC Job Recruitment/Replacement Interview – 2022
1). Applicants’ National Identity Card (ID), both original and photocopy.
2). Two clear, passport-size photographs
3). Academic papers/certificates for college, Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE) and Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) and testimonials (photocopy and originals).
4). original and photocopy of your official academic.
5). Teachers’ Service Commission (TSC) Registration Certificate (original and photocopy). If not accessible, you can submit proof that the registration procedure has begun.
6). Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) PIN certificate.
7). A bank plate for your active bank account.
8). A duly filled out pay point form. You can obtain this at the bank.
9). GP69 Medical Examination Form should be filled out by a qualified government doctor at a public hospital.
10). original and a copy of your National Hospital Insurance Fund, NHIF card.
11). Both the Secondary and Primary School Leaving Certificates
12). Co-curricular Activities Certificates. This is important in the event of a tie.
13). Any other applicable certificates that could earn you a win in the case of a tie break.
Successful candidates will be assigned to any part of the country, not just the county or school where they were interviewed.
The merit lists created during this recruitment process for both primary and secondary schools will be used in subsequent recruitment processes throughout the fiscal year.
CAUTION: The recruitment process is completely free.
The Teachers Service Commission warns applicants about fraudsters who may extort money from unsuspecting people while claiming to help with recruitment.
FRAUD REPORTING
Any fraudulent activity should be reported to the nearest Teachers Service Commission office or Teachers Service Commission headquarters by calling (0202892193) or (0202892131) or writing to The Secretary, Teachers Service Commission at dirstaffing@tsc.go.ke.
Furthermore, report any fraudulent activity to the nearest police station.
