2 Teachers Die In Kirinyaga Road Accident.
On Sunday night, two teachers were killed in a car accident near Kiangwaci on the Sagana-Karatina road in Ndia, Kirinyaga County.
According to Ndia Sub-county Police Commander David Kabina, a 42-year-old male teacher was riding on a motorcycle with his 37-year-old colleague when they were hit by an oncoming vehicle.
The teachers from Kiine Girls Secondary School were driving towards Sagana when they were hit by a car traveling in the opposite direction.
The police commander stated that an investigation is underway to find the driver of the car who fled after causing the accident.
The deceased’s bodies were transferred to the Murang’a Hospital mortuary.
