TSC Advertisement: Nomination to Salaries and Remuneration Commission (SRC)
The Teachers Service Commission (TSC) is seeking applications from qualified individuals in accordance with Article 230 (2) (b) (iv) of the Constitution of Kenya (2010) and Section 5(2) of the Salaries and Remuneration Commission Act (2011). This opportunity involves a nomination to represent T.S.C. in the Salaries and Remuneration Commission.

To be eligible for nomination, an applicant must meet the following criteria:
- (a) Hold a Bachelor of Education degree from a recognized university in Kenya.
- (b) Possess a distinguished career in the education field with a minimum of ten (10) years of knowledge and experience.
- Fulfill the requirements of Chapter Six (6) of the Constitution, including clearances from the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC), Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA), Certificate of good conduct from Kenya Police, Higher Education Loans Board (HELB), and Credit Reference Bureau (CRB).
- Disqualifications for nomination include being a member of Parliament or County Assembly, a member of a Governing body of a Political Party, an undischarged bankrupt, or having been removed from office for contravening the provisions of the Constitution or any other law.
