TSC TPAD 2 online form; Mandatory documents to attach as evidence for teaching standards.
Several mandatory documents are needed to be attached as evidence to your Teacher Performance Appraisal and Development (TPAD) 2 online form. Remember, you must attach some documents for each of the targets.
Remember, as much as these pieces of evidence are optional, you should attach documentary evidence to back up your scores. The Teachers Service Commission (TSC) emphases on TPAD in promoting teachers.
If you fail to fill your TPAD data on a termly basis, TSC will discipline you for that.
