The Teachers Service Commission is a Constitutional Commission established under Article237 of the Constitution.
One of its mandates is to appoint and deploy institutional administrators.
Pursuant to this mandate, the Commission invites applications from teachers deployed asPrincipals, Deputy Principals, Head Teachers & Deputy Head Teachers.

ADVERT NO. 16/2023: PRINCIPAL (D3/T-SCALE 13) – 25 POSTS REQUIREMENTS FOR APPOINTMENT
To qualify for appointment to this grade, a teacher must: –
i. be currently assigned by the Commission to perform the duties of Principal at TScale 12 (D2);
ii. have obtained a satisfactory rating in the performance appraisal process;
iii. meet the requirements of Chapter six (6) of the Constitution; and
iv. meet any other requirements deemed necessary by the Commission.
ADVERT NO. 17/2023: DEPUTY PRINCIPAL II (D2/T-SCALE 12) – 17 POSTS REQUIREMENTS FOR APPOINTMENT
To qualify for appointment to this grade, a teacher must: –
i. be currently assigned by the Commission to perform the duties of Principal at TScale 11 (D1);
ii. have obtained a satisfactory rating in the performance appraisal process;
iii. meet the requirements of Chapter six (6) of the Constitution; and
iv. meet any other requirements deemed necessary by the Commission.

ii. have obtained a satisfactory rating in the performance appraisal process;
iii. meet the requirements of Chapter six (6) of the Constitution; and
iv. meet any other requirements deemed necessary by the Commission.

To qualify for appointment to this grade, a teacher must: –
i. be currently assigned by the Commission to perform the duties of Deputy Head teacher at T-Scale 6 (C1);
ii. have obtained a satisfactory rating in the performance appraisal process;
iii. meet the requirements of Chapter six (6) of the Constitution; and
iv. meet any other requirements deemed necessary by the Commission. NOTE:
– Applicants shall be required to upload the letter of deployment to the current responsibility during application.
– Candidates who will be successful in the interviews shall be required to present valid Chapter six documents before they are considered for appointment.
