REQUIREMENTS FOR APPOINTMENT
Candidates aspiring for this grade should fulfill the following criteria:
- Experience: Must have served as a principal or deputy principal in T-Scale 13 for a minimum period of two (2) years.
- Performance: Must possess a satisfactory rating in the performance appraisal process.
- Leadership: Must have demonstrated abilities in supervising, mentoring, and providing professional support to fellow teachers.
- Constitutional Compliance: Must meet the requirements stipulated in Chapter 6 of the Constitution.
- Additional Requirements: You must fulfill any other requirements as deemed necessary by the Commission.

- Experience: Must have served as Senior Master II/Deputy Principal III, T-Scale 11 for a minimum period of two (2) years.
- Performance: Must have received a satisfactory rating in the performance appraisal process.
