
TSC Replacement: Mandatory Documents To Carry During Interviews
Remember to bring originals and photocopies of the documents listed below with you on the day of the interview.
1) Your national identification card, both original and copy.
2) Two passport-sized photos
3). Academic certificates (University/College, KCPE and KCSE), as well as testimonials; both copies and originals.

4). Originals and copies of official academic transcripts
5). TSC registration certificate (original and copies). If this is not available, provide evidence that the registration process has begun.
6). PIN certificate issued by the Kenya Revenue Authority, KRA.
7). Your bank account’s bank plate.

8). Completed pay point forms. These are available at the bank.
9). Medical examination form GP69 This should be filled out by a licensed physician at a government hospital.
10) National Hospital Insurance Fund (NHIF) card (original and copy).
11). A copy of the National Council of Persons with Disabilities (NCPWD) card, if applicable.
12). Certificates of completion for primary and secondary school.

N/B:To avoid a last-minute rush, obtain the above-mentioned documents as soon as possible.
