TSC Re-advertise Teaching Posts on Contractual Terms for Garissa, Wajir, and Mandera
The Teachers Service Commission has announced the re-advertisement of 343 teaching posts on contractual terms of service to fill vacancies in Garissa, Wajir, and Mandera Counties.
Of these posts, 73 are in primary schools, and 270 are in secondary schools. The eligibility criteria for the candidates include being a Kenyan citizen, being a registered teacher with the Teachers Service Commission, and holding a P1 certificate for primary school positions and a minimum of a Diploma in Education for secondary school positions.
The Commission requires interested and qualified candidates to apply online through its website, www.tsc.go.ke, under the ‘Careers’ section or teachersonline.tsc.go.ke, no later than 22nd March 2023.
The recruitment exercise is subject to the Teachers Service Commission Recruitment Guidelines 2022/2023 Financial Year.
The Teachers Service Commission will post successful candidates in primary schools within the county where the post was advertised. Shortlisted candidates must produce their original professional and academic certificates. The commission will give preference to candidates who were previously employed by them, and they will not accept manual applications.
