The Teachers Service Commission (TSC) is pleased to announce Promotion Vacancies for Senior Lecturer I (T-Scale 12).

To be eligible for this prestigious role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
i. Progression: A minimum of three (3) years of service as Senior Lecturer II T-Scale 11. Experience should demonstrate your commitment and experience in the education sector.

ii. Performance Excellence: Attain a satisfactory rating in the performance appraisal process, showcasing your dedication to enhancing teaching and learning outcomes.
iii. Mentorship Skills: Showcase your ability to provide professional support, mentorship, and effective supervision to fellow teachers, contributing to the growth of the teaching fraternity.
iv. Ethical Compliance: Fulfill the requirements of Chapter Six (6) of the Constitution, underscoring your commitment to uphold ethical standards and integrity.
v. Additional Credentials.
Fulfill any additional requirements the Commission deems necessary to ensure that you are well-equipped to succeed in this crucial role.

Note: Applicants who have served in the current grade for at least 2 years and are based in Arid and Semi-Arid Lands (ASAL) and Hard-to-Staff counties are also eligible.
