TSC payslip online Download and Registration
TSC is an independent government Commission listed under Article 237, Section 23 of Teacher Service Commission Act No. 20 of 2012 Kenya’s Constitution.
The Online payslip system allows teachers and secretariat workers to see their own details and access their payslips online.
Ere the implementation of the online payslip, teachers used to visit the TSC county offices but now it’s very easy to download the payslips online – a service called T-Pay.

– On the Online Services tab, click the Online Payslips tab to start the downloading process of your TSC payslip.
– You will be asked to enter your username and password. If you have forgotten your password, just click on the “Forgot Password” and an option will appear on the login page to reset your password. Fill in the password resetting form and click okay.
Note:
Its only teachers/secretariat staff with registered and activated accounts can log on to the TSC payslip downloading system.
– If you are a first-time user, click on the “Registration or Activate Account” button to fill an online form that will help you download your Payslip.
– ALSO NOTE: the warning at the bottom of the page which cautions that: Provision of false information will lead to immediate de-registration

Requirements for online registration for TSC online payslip download service
– TSC number
– ID number
– Your names
– KRA Tax PIN
– Your designation code
– date of birth
– Your pay station code
– mobile phone number
– Your bank account number
– The personal email address
You will need to select a unique secret question and an answer for easy recovery of your account just in case you forget the password.
Confirm your password which is the final security feature for your online account.

– After registering for the service, you will be prompted to log in using your username and password.
– After logging into the system, you will be redirected to the TSC home page where you will see the dashboard section.
– Under the “View payslip” menu, select the “View payslip” selection by clicking on the tab. This will allow you to view your online payslips. Additionally, you can also view your current status by clicking the “View Your Details” option. If you want to replace your password, click the “Change Your Password” option from the dashboard.
– Make sure you log out of your account after using the service for security and confidentiality purpose.

The email should show your full name, TSC No, and the invalid message/specific difficulty you face.
