PUBLIC NOTICE
ADVERTISEMENT FOR PRESIDENTIAL SECONDARY SCHOOL BURSARY FOR FY 2023/2024
The Presidential Secondary School Bursary Scheme is a National Flagship Program outlined in Vision 2030, aiming to increase access to education for Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVC).
This notice invites members of the public with needy children in public boarding schools to apply for the above Bursary. Application forms can be collected from Thika West Children’s Office, located at DCC Compound opposite Thika Arcade Plaza.
Applications must meet the following criteria:
- Must have been admitted to a public boarding secondary school.
- Be under the age of 18 years at the point of application.
- Must have scored a minimum of 250 marks in KCPE.
- Have submitted a duly filled application form to Sub County Children’s Office, Thika West.
- Must be from a poor and vulnerable background.
Application forms must be submitted no later than 29th February 2024.
