County-Based List of Primary Teachers Likely to be Employed by TSC According to Graduation Year.

An independent analysis has identified counties and graduation cohorts of teachers that are most likely to be considered in upcoming recruitment exercises. The projections are based on teacher distribution patterns, workforce gaps and historical recruitment trends at county level.

The probabilities are not definitive placements but 90% likelihood of the listed cohorts subject to verification and deployment requirements.

The counties and graduation years to be considered are:

  1. Baringo – 2023 and earlier.
  2. Bomet – 2012 and earlier.
  3. Bungoma – 2015 and earlier.
  4. Busia – 2014 and earlier.
  5. Elgeyo Marakwet – 2017 and earlier.
  6. Embu – 2018 and earlier.
  7. Garissa – 2023 and earlier.
  8. Homa Bay – 2016 and earlier.
  9. Isiolo – 2022 and earlier.
  10. Kajiado – 2019 and earlier.
  11. Kakamega – 2013 and earlier.
  12. Kericho – 2015 and earlier.
  13. Kiambu – 2017 and earlier.
  14. Kilifi – 2016 and earlier.
  15. Kirinyaga – 2019 and earlier.
  16. Kisii – 2015 and earlier.
  17. Kisumu – 2014 and earlier.
  18. Kitui – 2015 and earlier.
  19. Kwale – 2017 and earlier.
  20. Laikipia – 2018 and earlier.
  21. Lamu – 2018 and earlier.
  22. Machakos – 2013 and earlier.
  23. Nairobi – 2012 and earlier.

  43. Uasin Gishu – 2016 and earlier.
  44. Vihiga – 2015 and earlier.
  45. Wajir – 2023 and earlier.
  46. West Pokot – 2018 and earlier.

The report concludes that the above listed cohorts have the highest probability of being absorbed in the next teacher recruitment exercise. Final results will be confirmed officially.
