Schools To Open Next Week -Education PS Jwan.The Ministry of Education has declared that all schools will reopen on Monday, as planned.In a press conference held on Friday at Mitihani House in Nairobi, Basic Education PS Julius Jwan urged all stakeholders to help expedite the process of ensuring that all students are enrolled for the upcoming academic year.He urged school administrators to be understanding of parents who are struggling financially in order to ensure the admission of all students.“The opening of the schools remains as scheduled, next week. I want to plead with principals, especially in boarding schools, to treat the parents gently,” Jwan said.ALSO READ:He added: “There are parents who will come with less money; please allow the learners to get into schools because we will have a fairly short year, so the learners don’t stay at home,” he advised.Similarly, he urged parents to collaborate with school administrators in order for their children to be allowed to study while working to pay the fees.Schools To Open Next Week -Education PS Jwan
