During the launch of the Pearson Vue Test Centre on January 16, 2024, Prime Cabinet Secretary and Cabinet Secretary for Foreign Affairs, Hon. Musalia Mudavadi, hailed the establishment of the centre as a significant milestone for the government.

He underscored the government’s commitment to boosting the economy by creating diaspora jobs for Kenyan healthcare professionals, leading to an anticipated surge in remittances that will directly contribute to economic prosperity.

Administered by Pearson VUE, a global test administration company, the NCLEX will provide Kenyan healthcare professionals with invaluable experiences while working abroad. These experiences will later be repatriated to enhance Kenya’s healthcare sector.

Hon. Mudavadi pledged to collaborate closely with Pearson VUE to ensure seamless operations in the country.

Health Cabinet Secretary Ms. Wafula. S. Nakhumicha expressed gratitude to KMTC for facilitating the establishment of NCLEX-RN in Kenya, emphasizing its role in absorbing thousands of nurses graduating from the College annually.
