1: Visit the Website To begin, visit official website at www.mwalimunational.coop. Look for the “MEMBERS PORTAL” tab and click on it. This will take you to the login page of the portal.
2: Enter: Your Membership Number On the login page, enter your Society Membership Number in the provided field.
If you don’t have an account yet, don’t worry; we’ll guide you through the process.
3: Creating an Account: Click on the “Don’t have an account” option. A new window will appear, prompting you to enter your Membership Number and CAPTCHA characters.
Once you’ve provided the required information, a system-generated password will be sent to your registered phone number.
4: Logging In: Use the system-generated password to log into the portal. You’ll then be prompted to change your password for security reasons.
5: Accessing the Portal: Once you’ve updated your password, you can now access the Members’ Portal from the comfort of your home or office.

If you’re a new member and don’t have a password yet, follow these steps:
- Select the “Don’t have an account” option on the login page.
- A password will be sent to your registered phone number associated with your Mwalimu National membership.

- Enter your Membership Number, starting with “0,” and provide your password.
