Meru School Annual Maths Contest
RE: MERU SCHOOL ANNUAL NATIONAL MATHS TEST 2024
We have the pleasure to invite your school to participate in the annual Maths contest to be held at Meru School on 9th March 2024, starting from 7.00 a.m.
The objective of the contest is to demystify the perception and fear that students often have towards Mathematics, emphasizing its approachability.

This initiative aims to enhance critical thinking and improve overall performance in the subject in national examinations across the country. The written contest will be administered, marked, and winning schools and students will be awarded on the same day.
All participating students will receive certificates of participation, and exceptional performers will be awarded. Participation will be in the form of teams, with each team comprising 5 Form 4s, 3 Form 3s, and 2 Form 2s.
The registration fee per team is Ksh.3000. A school can present as many teams as possible. In the mixed schools category, there must be at least 2 students of either gender. Schools arriving later than 1.00 pm will sit for the test but will not be ranked.

Schools are responsible for organizing lunch for their students.
