RE: LEARNER BASED ACTIVITIES (LBA) LIVE STAGE PRODUCTION
The Ministry of Education recently implemented changes to the curriculum by introducing the Competence-Based Curriculum (CBC). In response, Educational Smart Solutions Concepts (EduSsol Concepts), in collaboration with Artspace Productions & Access Publishers, has undertaken the artistic conceptualization of Learner Based Activities (LBA) using performing arts as a tool to demystify CBC. While acknowledging the efforts of teachers in implementing CBC, EduSsol Concepts, in collaboration with various stakeholders, aims to address existing challenges. Our live stage visual concept aligns with the strands outlined in the scheme of work, and the performances include:
- Strange Happenings (Grade 7)
- Bridges Without Rivers (Grade 8)
- Daughter of Nature and Other Poems (Grade 7-9)
- The Hidden Package (Grade 8)
- Mshale Wa Matumaini (Grade 7)
- Mji Wa Matarajio (Grade 7)
- Wema Hauozi (Grade 8)
- Other items are also available upon request
