KUCCPS Reopens Applications for KMTC Diploma and Certificate Programmes; Apply
The Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) has announced the reopening of applications for admission to diploma and certificate programmes at the Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC) for the September 2025 intake.
In an official notice dated August 15, KUCCPS confirmed that the application window will remain open from August 15 to August 28, 2025. The Placement Service stated that this opportunity allows eligible applicants to secure placements in one of Kenya’s leading medical training institutions.
Applicants are required to access the KUCCPS online portal to submit their applications. The process will require candidates to log in using their Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) index number, KCSE year, and password.
According to KUCCPS, over 200 diploma and certificate programmes are available under this intake cycle.
Diploma programmes include:
- Dietary and Nutrition
- Health Records and Information Technology
- Occupational Therapy
- Physiotherapy
- Medical Engineering
Certificate programmes include:
- Public Health
- Medical Emergency Technician
- Community Health Assistant
- Insurance Management
