KenGen Internship Opportunities for Fresh Graduates: How to Apply
Kenya Electricity Generating Company (KenGen) said that they will be hiring a large number of interns for the years 2023 and 2024.
In an ad that was published in local newspapers on Tuesday, January 11, KenGen asked recent college graduates to apply for internships in one of 25 different fields.
Graduates were asked to finish their applications by midnight on January 17.
“KenGen is seeking to recruit qualified and result-oriented individuals as interns. Interested candidates are required to submit their applications online through our career portal,” the advert read in part.
KenGen is looking to hire librarians, officers in charge of communication, accountants, officers, and civil, mechanical, and electronic engineers.
There are also internships for technicians, hydrologists, geologists, property officers, and Information and Communications Technology (ICT) officers.
The company said it was a fair place to work and warned people that they would be kicked out if they were caught canvassing, lying, or misrepresenting their qualifications.
