KCPE Results Out Next Week – CS Machogu

The results of the Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE) examinations for 2022 would be announced next week, according to Education CS Ezekiel Machogu.

Mr. Machogu stated that the Education Ministry had implemented severe safeguards to prevent exam-related incidences of cheating.

“Next week we are announcing KCPE examination results and you will not hear any cases of cheating under the leadership of Machogu. The grading of Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) is progressing well and I can assure you, the results will not be riddled with any irregularities,” said Mr Machogu.

On Sunday, while speaking at the funeral of Mama Yunuke Kebira, the mother of his friend Justice Ocharo Kebira, in Nyaribari Masaba, Kisii County, the CS promised parents and teachers that the test results will be released without any controversies.

“No one should peddle misinformation that in such and such place, there are problems. And there will be no problems at all. We will serve our people efficiently and effectively,” said Mr Machogu.

The former provincial administrator also declared that he will bring Water and Energy equivalents, Alice Wahome and Davis Chirchir, to Kisii and Nyamira counties to handle critical development challenges.

The CS highlighted the Bonyunyu dam in North Mugirango, which the government would construct as quickly as possible, in particular.

Mr. Machogu also stated that he was collaborating closely with elected officials from Kisii and Nyamira to solve a variety of development challenges in the two counties.

He urged elected leaders in the region to respect one another in order to foster an environment favourable to development.

“I am calling upon all elected leaders from Gusii region to unite and speak in one voice, irrespective of the parties they were elected on in order to foster development,” he said.

Additionally, the CS declared that 23 elementary schools and 44 secondary schools in Nyamira will be incorporated into the government’s development plan.

The President will shortly visit the Gusii region to discuss development, he noted.
