In preparation for the administration of tests and assessments, KNEC requires the contact information of all Centre Managers, Supervisors, and Invigilators involved in the activity.
They will be tasked with identifying, nominating, and vetting Centre Managers, Supervisors, and Invigilators who will be participating in the exercise, and then deploying them into the CP2 system by 18th October 2022 using the following link/URL: http://cp2.knec.acke.
Ensure the following are complied with during nomination:
For every 200 candidates, one supervisor should be deployed; No supervisor should be assigned to hosted or KPSEA testing centers unless only KPSEA candidates are present.
For every twenty candidates, deploy one observer. You must deploy invigilators to hosted and KPSEA examination centers dependent on the number of applicants present;
Both hosted and hosting centers are required to employ their Centre managers. Nonetheless, the hosting Centre Manager will be responsible for retrieving and returning examination materials from the container.
Especially during optional papers, the number of supervisors and invigilators must be adhered to.
The center administrators must ensure that only the required number of supervisors and invigilators report each day of examinations and daily online attendance counts.
This will prevent teachers from sitting idle at examination centers with no responsibilities.
