HELB Mandates eCitizen for All Payment Transactions; How to Pay Via eCitizen

The Higher Education Loans Board (HELB) has mandated that all payments go through the eCitizen platform.

HELB said in a notice published in local dailies on Tuesday that the shift was in keeping with President William Ruto’s instruction for all government services to be merged into a one platform to consolidate government revenue collection.

The Board stated that the modifications would be implemented immediately.
