Mandatory Qualifications

1. Education:
   • Bachelor’s Degree in Education with a focus on English or a P1 Certificate/Diploma in Primary Teacher Education (PTE).
2. Registration:
   • Must be registered with the Teachers Service Commission (TSC).
3. Experience:
   • At least 3 years of experience teaching English at the primary school level.
4. Knowledge and Skills:
   • Strong understanding of child development and primary education best practices.
   • Proven knowledge of the Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC), both theory and practice.
   • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
   • Ability to create a supportive and engaging learning environment.
   • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and integrating technology into the classroom.
