CUE Seeks New CEO As Ntarangwi Exits.Prof Mwenda Ntarangwi’s term ends on September 4, thus the university regulator is looking for a new chief executive.The Commission on University Education (CUE) has issued a call for candidates for the position.On September 6, 2017, Ntarangwi was appointed to the office for a five-year tenure.
