70-Year-Old Man Arrested For Defiling Grade 3 Girl
In Vihiga County, a 70-year-old man is currently in police custody, accused of defiling a 12-year-old girl.
Patrick Gogo, the Police Commander for Hamisi sub-county, confirmed the occurrence and mentioned that the victim was a Grade 3 pupil.
Expressing concern, the police administrator highlighted the escalating instances of defilement and incest in the region.
