441 KCSE 2021 Results Cancelled Due To Cheating.Due to exam irregularities, Education Cabinet Secretary George Magoha cancelled the results of 441 KCSE 2021 candidates on Saturday.Among that number, 203 were found to be using unapproved materials during the exams, 203 were found to be using mobile phones, and eight were found to be impersonating candidates.Other offenses included collusion (6) and causing a commotion in the examination room (1).Magoha stated that in preparation for the 2021 KCSE exams, the government increased measures to prevent any form of cheating through the combined efforts of all members of the Multi-Agency Team.According to the Cs, as a result of this increased vigilance, nearly all cases of cheating that would have occurred were avoided.“The country would bear me witness that many mobile phones that would have been used to relay preexposed examination materials were confiscated before they could be used,” he said.“I wish to categorically state that KNEC will not have any mercy on examination offenders who must be dealt with decisively."Magoha announced the 2021 Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education results on Saturday, noting that a total of 826, 807 students sat for the 2021 KCSE exams, up from 747,161 in 2020.This represented a 79,646 candidate increase (10.66 percent ).441 KCSE 2021 Results Cancelled Due To Cheating
