18 Counties With More Female Candidates Than Male.Education George CS Magoha announced the 2021 Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) results on Saturday.In 2021, a total of 826, 807 students took the KCSE exams, compared to 747,161 in 2020.This represented a 79,646 candidate increase (10.66 percent ).Males made up 421,318 of the total, while females made up 405,489, representing 50.96 percent and 49.04 percent of the total candidature, respectively.In the 2021 KCSE exams, there were more female candidates than males in 18 counties, compared to 15 counties in 2020.The 18 counties with more female candidates than male candidates are listed below.- Taita Taveta- Nyandarua- Nyeri- Kirinyaga- Murang’a,- Kiambu- Machakos- Kitui- Meru- Elgeyo Marakwet- Busia- Kakamega- Vihiga- Tharaka Nithi- Nairobi- Uasin Gishu- Laikipia- KisumuALSO READ:
